Scrapyy is an information service: it observes prices that merchants publish on their own websites and presents them side by side. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Scrapyy does not sell products, hold stock, process payments, or deliver anything. Every purchase happens on the merchant's site under the merchant's own terms. Disputes about an order, delivery, or refund are between you and the merchant.
Prices are collected automatically and each one shows when it was last observed. Merchants change prices and stock at any time, so a listed price can be out of date by the time you visit the store. Always confirm the final price on the merchant's site before buying. Scrapyy provides the information "as is" and does not guarantee that any listed price is still available.
You may not use the site in a way that disrupts it for others — including flooding it with automated requests, attempting to bypass its security, or misrepresenting its data as your own commercial dataset.
Product names, brand names, and images belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the products being compared.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrapyy is not liable for losses that result from relying on a price that had changed, a merchant's conduct, or interruptions to the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
